Shipping & Returns 

 

We try to ship the item as soon as the order is processed. Delivery times could vary from 3-5 working days, depending on the availability of stock. 

It would be ideal for planning your gift purchasing early to be delivered at the right time for the occasion. Still, since we are all humans and sometimes tend to forget, we also offer overnight deliveries, again subjected to stock availability. 

What if I receive a damaged item in my package? 

We strive to provide the safest packaging for all our products based on their fragility. However, in case of receiving damaged goods delivered to you, which can often happen when your parcel is in transit with the courier – please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged good and contact us at the earliest, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we are able to claim the insurance and simultaneously arrange a replacement for you in time. 

What if my parcel gets delayed? 

Usually, items are delivered within the set timeframes across the domestic network, but sometimes items can be delayed depending on availability or a case by case delivery address. Both ways, if your item is delayed beyond the set timeframe – give us a call on [insert phone number here], and we will be more than happy to help you locate your order. Please do keep your order number handy when you call. 

What if the item I received is not the item I ordered? 

If you have been delivered the wrong item in the case, we will replace the item with the correct one. Leave the item in its original packaging and contact us to give us your order number, and we will send a return courier bag to help send the item back.
